"Our Mum passed away in July 2021 following which my sister and I visited several funeral directors with regards to choosing who we would ask to make the necessary arrangements for her funeral.
As soon as we met Paula we knew we had found the right person to oversee all of the arrangements. It is a difficult enough time as it is with so many things to think about, especially as Mum's passing was unexpected meaning we had not had any time to prepare ourselves for everything that had to be done, aside from the funeral itself.
Paula immediately reassured us and we could sense that she would take care of everything related to the funeral leaving us to concentrate on the other things. We were right to trust her. The little touches such as the personal condolence card from her that she made sure we received on the day of the funeral were much appreciated and of course the actual arrangements and service went without a hitch.
Paula's care and attention made such a difficult time much easier and we were so glad we chose her as our arranger for Mum's funeral.

Unsurprisingly, Paula's attention continued even after the funeral as we had several loose ends that needed attending to and she carried these out efficiently and with compassion.
